加强新时代高校纪检监察队伍建设的研究

加强纪检监察队伍建设是高校反腐和廉政建设的一项基础性工作。当前高校纪检监察队伍建设存在一些问题,难于适应新时代高校的纪检监察工作。高校党委要从讲政治的角度,以永远在路上的执着将全面从严治党引向深入,科学设置纪检机构,理顺组织关系,把好选人用人关,强化高校纪检监察队伍的内部监督,建设一支数量充足、严于律己、熟悉业务、敢于担当的纪检监察队伍。

Strengthening the construction of discipline inspection and supervision team is a basic work in the construction of anti-corruption and clean government in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision teams in colleges and universities,which is difficult to be adapted to the discipline inspection and supervision work of colleges and universities in the new era.The Party Committees in colleges and universities should,in a perspective of politics,always lead from the strict administration of the Party to the in-depth adherence to the road,scientifically set up disciplinary inspection agencies,rationalize organizational relations,and examine strictly cadreselection,and strengthen the internal supervision of discipline inspection and supervision teams in colleges and universities,so as to build a discipline inspection and inspection team with strict self-discipline,familiarity with business and daring to take responsibility.
