脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理探析

Study on Nursing of Minimally Invasive Evacuation of Hematoma in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage with Diabetes

目的探讨脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术的护理方法与效果。方法选取96例于2016年1月—2017年12月在该院接受诊疗的脑出血伴糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,两组均行微创血肿清除术,给予对照组常规基础护理,研究组综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组辅助治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);研究组并发症的发生率为16.67%,明显低于对照组的45.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意度评分为(95.46±4.23)分,明显高于对照组的(83.24±2.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑出血伴糖尿病患者行微创血肿清除术患者,给予综合护理干预具良好辅助治疗效果,有利减少并发症的发生,提高患者家属满意度,值得在临床当中推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing method and effect of minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma in patients with cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes.Methods 96 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,both groups used the minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma,and the control group used the routine basic nursing,while the study group used the comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group 93.75%vs 75.00%(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group 16.67%vs 45.83%(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree score of patients’family in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(95.46±4.23)points vs(83.24±2.78)points,(P<0.05)].Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes for minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma has a good adjunctive treatment effect,which is conductive to reducing the occurrence of complications and improving the satisfactory degree of patients’family,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
