护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases Combined with Diabetes

目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取该科2017年8月—2018年8月收治的COPD合并糖尿病患者128例,随机分为2组,各64例,观察组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较效果。结果观察组FPG、2 hPG较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD合并糖尿病患者采用护理干预,可有效控制血糖,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases combined with diabetes.Methods 128 cases of patients with COPD and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each,the observation group used the nursing intervention,while the control group used the routine nursing,and the effect was compared between groups.Results The FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group obviously decreased compared with those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with COPD combined with diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose and improve the quality of life.
