益气养阴活血Ⅰ号方对早期糖尿病肾病糖脂代谢的改善情况观察

Observation on Improvement of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Ⅰ in the Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察使用益气养阴活血Ⅰ号方对于早期糖尿病肾病患者血糖、血脂代谢的改善情况,针对临床应用进行安全评估。方法将筛选出的40例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机对照分为两组,两组均予无差别化的基础治疗,对照组联合应用常规降糖药物,治疗组在常规降糖药物基础上,加用益气养阴活血Ⅰ号方。分别观察两种方案下治疗3个疗程前后血糖、血脂指标的变化。结果治疗组在改善临床理化指标方面(HbAlc、PBG、HOMA-IR、TG、LDL-C)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并在减轻临床症状方面具有明显优势。相关安全性检测指标未见明显异常,无明显毒副作用。结论益气养阴活血Ⅰ号方对早期糖尿病肾病具有显著疗效,能迅速缓解临床症状,减轻胰岛素抵抗,甚至部分修复胰岛细胞,从而达到降糖、调脂的功效,临床安全有效。

Objective To observe the improvement of yiqi yangyin huoxue Ⅰ in the glucose and lipid metabolism in early diabetic nephropathy and conduct the safety evaluation in clinical application. Methods 40 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, both groups used the basic treatment, the control group used the routine hypoglycemic drugs, while the treatment group used the yiqi yangyin huoxue Ⅰ in the glucose on the basis of the control group, and the changes of blood glucose and blood liquid in 3 treatment courses before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical physicochemical indexes(HbAlc, PBG, HOMA-IR, TG, LDL-C) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05), and it had an obvious advantage in relieving the clinical symptoms, and there were no obvious abnormalities in the related safety test, without obvious toxic and side effect. Conclusion The curative effect of yiqi yangyin huoxue Ⅰ in the glucose and lipid metabolism in early diabetic nephropathy is obvious, which can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms, relieve the insulin resistance, and even repair the insulin cells thus reaching the goals of hypoglycemia and lipid regulation, and it is safe and effective.
