哲学阐释学视域下《庄子》德译研究——卫礼贤和舒马赫译本比较

A Study of Zhuangzi's German Translation from the Perspective of Philosophical Hermeneutics——A Comparison between Wei Lixian's and Schumacher's Translations

阐释学(亦称诠释学)历史可追溯至古希腊,伽达默尔把阐释学现象看作人类的普遍经验,确立了阐释学作为一种以理解为核心的哲学的独立地位,为现当代译学研究注入了活力。按照伽达默尔哲学阐释学的观点:所有的翻译从本质上来说都是阐释;所有的理解都需要阐释学的介入。作为先秦诸子文章的典范之作,《庄子》一书包罗万象,对宇宙、人与自然的关系、生命的价值都有详尽的论述,是道家学派的经典著作。由于《庄子》的历史性、重要性和复杂性,从哲学阐释学的角度研究其译本意义重大。尝试从哲学阐释理论视角出发,在认真对比《庄子》两德本译著与原著异同的前提下,重点对比分析选择的是名篇《逍遥游》《齐物论》《秋水》,拟运用伽达默尔在《真理与方法》提出的"对话""效果历史意识"和"视域融合"三个基本概念,去解释并对比两译者的不同翻译策略和翻译风格及其原因。

Hermeneutics(also known as hermeneutics)can be traced back to ancient Greece.Gadamer regards hermeneutics as a universal human experience,establishes hermeneutics as an independent position of philosophy with understanding as its core,and injects vitality into modern and contemporary translation studies.According to Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics,all translations are essentially hermeneutic,and all understandings require hermeneutic intervention.As a model work of the pre-Qin literary works,<Zhuangzi >was a classic work of the Taoist school.It contains all kinds of books,and has a detailed exposition of the universe,the relationship between man and nature,and the value of life.Because of the historicity,importance and complexity of<Zhuangzi >,it was of great significance to study its translation from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics.From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutic theory,and on the premise of carefully comparing the similarities and differences between the two German versions of<Zhuangzi >and the original works,this paper focuses on the comparative analysis and selection of the famous versions<Xiaoyaoyou >,<Qiwulun >and<Qiushui >.It intends to explain and compare them by using the three basic concepts of"dialogue","effect historical consciousness"and"fusion of horizons"put forward by Gadamer in Truth and Method.The translator's different translation strategies,styles and reasons.
