摘要 通过对建筑陶瓷行业目前应用的多项酚水治理方法的分析指出:蒸发排空法二次污染严重,技术不可行;焚烧法技术可行,但独立焚烧炉焚烧法和粉煤热风炉焚烧法能耗较大,水煤浆热风炉焚烧法可以节约制浆工艺用水而且酚水治理彻底;浓缩蒸发-炉内焚烧法中,下段蒸发-炉内焚烧法处理酚水不彻底,技术不可行,3Q两段炉水夹套蒸发-炉内焚烧法可以完全处理酚水,但需要配合其他措施对水夹套的排污废水进行治理,5Q两段炉水夹套蒸发-炉内焚烧分解酚水治理技术,不但可以完全处理煤气站的酚水以及水夹套的排污废水,而且还可以额外处理外来工业或生活废水。 Through the analysis of several phenol-water treatment methods in architectural ceramic industry,it is pointed out that the evaporation-emptying method will cause serious secondary pollution and the technology is not feasible.Technology of incineration is feasible,but the energy consumption of phenol water treatment by the independent incinerator and the hot blast stove burning pulverized coal is great.The process of coal slurry burning for hot blast stove can save the water for pulping process and the phenol water can be thoroughly treated.In the process of concentrated evaporation and incineration in the furnace,it is not feasible that the phenol water is evaporated using under section gas and incinerated in the furnace,because phenol water cannot be completely disposed.In the 3Q two-stage gasifier,evaporation in the water jacket and incineration in the furnace are used to decompose phenol water;it can fully treat phenol water,but need to cooperate with other measures to treat the regular blowdown water from the water jacket.In the 5Q two-stage gasifier,the method by which phenol water is evaporated in the water jacket and incinerated in the furnace can not only deal with the phenol water in the gasifier station and the regular blowdown water from the water jacket,but also deal with the external industrial or domestic waste water.
