摘要
文章以高职院校后勤工作服务育人的现实意义为切入点,通过对高职院校后勤工作服务育人作用薄弱的原因分析,提出了不断提高后勤人员服务主导意识、服务育人理念,以及服务育人本领,不断完善后勤人员考核奖惩体系,以提升后勤服务质量,发挥后勤工作服务育人的作用,创新高职院校后勤工作服务育人新路径。
Starting from the practical significance of logistics service and education in higher vocational colleges,analyzing the weak educational function,the paper puts forward that service leading consciousness,service and education concept,and service and education ability should be continuously perfected,assessment reward and punishment system should be improved in order to enhance the quality,give full play to the role of education,and innovate a new way of logistics service and education in higher vocational colleges.
