摘要
目的探讨HBM (健康信念模式)指导下的健康教育在肺癌放化疗患者焦虑及疲劳中的应用观察。方法选择120例肺癌患者,分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=57)。对照组患者进行常规健康教育模式,观察组实施健康信念模式,评价两组患者的疲劳和焦虑情况。结果两组患者在放疗前期、放疗中期、出院时、出院后两周、出院后四周、出院后八周六个时间段的疲劳和焦虑评分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康信念模式指导下的健康教育对肺癌放疗患者焦虑及疲劳有明显改善。
Objective To explore the application of healthy education under the guidance of health belief model in the anxiety and fatigue of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods 120 patients with lung cancer were divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=57).The control group implement the routine health education model and followed up,The observation group supervise the health belief model education.The fatigue and anxiety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The fatigue and anxiety scores were statistically significant in the two groups during the six periods of pre-radiotherapy,mid-radiotherapy,discharge,two weeks after discharge,four weeks after discharge and eight weeks after discharge(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Healthy education under the guidance of healthy belief mode has significantly improved anxiety and fatigue in patients with lung cancer radiotherapy.
