多学科联合护理模式在糖尿病足护理中的应用

目的分析多学科联合护理模式在糖尿病足护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年2月～2018年2月收治的88例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为本次调查对象,将其分为研究组和对照组各44例,给予对照组单学科护理、研究组多学科联合护理模式,对比两组患者3个月、6个月血糖控制效果、不同深度溃疡愈合时间及住院时间。结果干预前,两组患者FPG、FBC2h、糖化血红蛋白水平均无明显差距(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者血糖控制情况明显优于干预前及对照组,差距显著(P<0.05);干预6个月后,研究组患者不同深度溃疡的愈合时间和住院时间均明显较对照组短,差距显著(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者应用多学科联合护理模式可有效提高血糖控制效果及控制足溃疡复发率,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the application value of multidisciplinary collaboration on nursing in diabetic foot.Methods From February 2016 to February 2018,88 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitting to our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into study group(multidisciplinary collaboration on nursing,n=44)or control group(single subject nursing,n=44).The effect glycemic control,healing time of different depth ulcers and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months.Result Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FPG,FBC2h or glycated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After the intervention,the effect glycemic control of the study group was significantly better than that before the intervention and the control group(P﹤0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the healing time and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than the control(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaboration on nursing of patients with diabetic foot can effectively improve the effect glycemic control,decrease the recurrence rate of foot ulcers and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
