摘要
现代学徒制对培养高素质技能型人才发挥着重要的作用。采用问卷调查和访谈法,从高职酒店管理专业的教学内容、教学方法、实践实训条件和师资队伍等方面分析专业教育的不足,提出引入现代学徒制,构建政府推动下的"双主体"合作机制,调整优化实践教学环节,建成"全过程分阶段能力持续递进"的课程体系,营造职业氛围,帮助学生尽快适应"学生—学徒"的双重身份,打造专兼结合的"双师型"教师队伍和建立"双标准"的监督评价体系。
The modern apprenticeship system plays an important role in cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Using questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of professional education from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,practical training conditions and teaching staff of higher vocational hotel management,proposes to introduce modern apprenticeship and build a"double-subject"cooperation mechanism promoted by the government,adjust and optimize practical teaching,and establish a curriculum system of"a continuous progression of abilities in different stages"to create a professional atmosphere,help students adapt to the double identities of"student-apprentice"as soon as possible,create a full-time and part-time"double-qualification"teaching staff and establish"double standards"supervision and evaluation system.
