“Marginal Political Elites” in Xiucun's Governance

基层民主制度主要是指我国的基层群众性自治制度,是人民参与管理国家事务和社会事务的一种形式,是社会主义民主制度的一个重要方面。以问卷、访谈调查法为主,文献分析法为辅,对秀村村民代表往往在村庄治理过程中的边缘政治地位进行分析,进一步探寻制约村民代表在村庄民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督中发挥应有作用的因素。

The grassroots democratic system mainly refers to China's grassroots mass autonomy system,a form of people's participation in the management of state affairs and social affairs,and an important aspect of the socialist democratic system.Based on questionnaires,interviews and surveys and supplemented by literature analysis,this paper analyzes the marginal political status of Xiucun representatives in the village governance,and further explores the restriction factors on representatives'democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management,and democratic supervision.
