摘要
21世纪以来,核心素养备受关注,甚至成为各国制定课程标准的重要考量。结合世界各国、各组织的核心素养框架,挖掘出核心素养的意涵;指出幼儿阶段的核心素养主要包括自主学习能力、沟通协调能力和学习品质;最后针对幼儿核心素养的培养提拱了具体思路:即构建幼儿核心素养常模,实施情境化的教育模式,构建素养导向的评价机制等,旨在为"幼儿教育应该培养什么样的人"提供参考和借鉴。
Key competencies have attracted much attention since the 21 st century,and they even become an important consideration of curriculum standards in various countries.This research aims to explore connotations of key competencies through combing the core literacy framework of various countries and organizations around the world,and it points out that the key competencies of childhood education stage mainly include self-regulated learning ability,communication and coordination ability and approach towards learning.Lastly,some strategies for cultivating key competencies in early childhood education were suggested.This study gives emphasis to building children’s core competencies norm,situated teaching model and competencies-based evaluation system in order to provide reference on"what kind of childhood should be cultivated in early childhood education".
