摘要
学风,深刻影响着大学生的学习和发展。基于湖州师范学院千名大学生的实证调查显示,当前大学生学风状况良好,大部分学生学习目标明确、学习意愿强烈。但同时也出现部分学生缺少学习内生动力、学习自我管理能力不足、合理利用网络能力不够等问题。调查还发现,性别、专业、年级等变量对学风产生显著影响,学风群体性差异突显,出现"大二低迷期"现象。因此,要通过激发学生学习内生动力,完善教学环节组织,创新课堂体验氛围,建立健全学业指导机制,开展循序渐进的专业教育等措施来培育、提升大学生的优良学风。
Learning atmosphere deeply affects the study and development of college students.The empirical investigation on the basis of thousands of students in Huzhou University shows that the current learning atmosphere among college students is good.Most students have clear learning objectives and strong wills of learning.However,there are still some problems,like some students lack internal learning motivation and the ability of self management of learning,and they can’t use the internet properly.The investigation also indicates that gender,major and grade have an obvious effect on learning atmosphere.There are differences among different learning groups and most sophomores are not active in learning.Therefore,agood learning atmosphere of college students shall be cultivated through arousing students’ internal learning motivation,improving the organization of teaching procedure,innovating the atmosphere of the class,setting up and improving academic guidance system and a step by step development of professional education.
