龟鹿二仙膏联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗绝经妇女骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Guilu Erxian Ointment Combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis

目的观察龟鹿二仙膏联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗绝经妇女骨质疏松症的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法选取76例绝经妇女骨质疏松症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以龟鹿二仙膏口服治疗。比较2组治疗前后腰椎及股骨近端BMD、血清IGF-1和TNF-α水平变化及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者腰椎及股骨近端BMD、血清IGF-1和TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者腰椎及股骨近端BMD均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者血清IGF-1均较治疗前明显升高,TNF-α均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的68.42%(P<0.05)。结论应用龟鹿二仙膏联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗绝经妇女骨质疏松症可显著升高腰椎及股骨近端BMD,改善血清IGF-1及TNF-α水平,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guilu Erxian ointment combined with alendronate sodium tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and to explore its mechanism.Methods Seventy-six postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablet orally,while the observation group was treated with Guilu Erxian ointment on the basis of the control group.The BMD of lumbar vertebra and proximal femur,the levels of serum IGF-1 and TNF-αand clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of BMD of lumbar vertebrae and proximal femur,nor the levels of serum IGF-1 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the levels of BMD of lumbar vertebrae and proximal femur in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IGF-1 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the levels of serum TNF-αwere significantly lower than those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Guilu Erxian ointment combined with alendronate sodium tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis can significantly increase the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and proximal femur,improve the levels of serum IGF-1 and TNF-α,and improve the clinical efficacy.It’s worth popularizing and applying.
