介绍了我国高职物流专业技能竞赛的概况,并以高职物流管理专业为例,对“赛教融合”的教学模式改革进行了探索,丰富了工学结合的内容.物流技能竞赛的开展与参与可以帮助校企深度融合,结合区域特色准确定位物流人才的培养目标,探索高职院校物流管理专业人才培养新模式,从而提高高职物流专业人才培养的质量.

This paper introduces the general situation of the professional skills competition of logistics in higher vocational colleges in China,and takes the major of logistics management in higher vocational colleges as an example to explore the teaching mode reform of″integration of competition and education″,which enriches the content of combining work with study.The development and participation of the logistics skills competition can help the university and the enterprise to deeply integrate,accurately locate the training target of logistics talents by combining regional features,explore the new mode of logistics management talents training in higher vocational colleges,and thus improve the quality of logistics professionals training in higher vocational colleges.
