高校社会服务能力建设的探索与实践

On the exploration and the practice of social service capacities of colleges and universities

社会服务是高等学校最重要的职能之一,高校不但要关心社会发展、解决社会发展难题,而且要引领发展潮流。高校社会服务职能的产生,是高校适应社会、满足社会和发展社会的需要,更是高校的应有使命。从具体上来说,高校要在促进社会发展、改善人民生活、完善公共服务、维护社会公正等方面发挥应有的作用。笔者对目前高校社会服务的现状进行分析,并提出新时代高校社会服务能力建设的思路和举措。

Social service is one of the most important functions of and universities.Universities should not only care about social development and solve social development problems,but also lead the development trend.The emergence of the social service function of universities is not only the needs to adapt to,satisfy and develop the society,but also the due mission of universities.Specifically speaking,universities should play their due role in promoting social development,improving people's livelihood,improving public services and safeguarding social justice.This paper analyzes the current situation of social service in colleges and universities,and puts forward some ideas and measures for the construction of social service capacities in universities in the new era.
