“一带一路”倡议下青岛开展科技创新合作行动的思考

Thoughts on Qingdao’s Cooperation in Scientific and Technological Innovation under the Belt and Road Initiative

在推动中国与“一带一路”沿线国家实现“五通”发展过程中,科技创新合作具有重要的支撑和引领作用。青岛是中国著名沿海开放城市,经济发展水平居全国前列,科技创新资源丰富,海洋科技创新特色和优势明显。作为“一带一路”倡议确定的“新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊主要节点城市”和“海上合作战略支点”,开展科技创新合作,对于实现青岛与沿线相关国家协同发展具有重大战略意义。本文以“一带一路”沿线国家科技创新特点的概括性分析为前提,探讨了青岛开展“一带一路”科技创新合作行动面临的形势,结合青岛与沿线国家科技创新的基本特点和共同需求,提出了青岛开展“一带一路”科技创新合作行动的重点任务和主要领域以及推进对策。

In promoting the development of“five links”between China and the countries along the Belt and Road,scientific and technological innovation cooperation is of great support and leading role.Qingdao is a famous coastal open city in China,with the largest economy in the country,rich in scientific and technological innovation resources,and distinctive features and advantages of Marine science and technology.As the“Main Node City of the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge Economic Corridor”and the“Strategic Point of Marine Cooperation”identified by the Belt and Road initiative,scientific and technological innovation cooperation is of great strategic significance for the coordinated development of Qingdao and its associated countries.Based on the general analysis of the characteristics of science and technology innovation in countries along the Belt and Road,this paper discusses the situation facing Qingdao’s Belt and Road cooperation in scientific and technological innovation,combined the basic characteristics and common needs of technological innovation between Qingdao and the countries along the route,put forward the key tasks,major areas and advancement countermeasures of Qingdao’s Belt and Road cooperation in scientific and technological innovation.
