中国沿海地区农村金融与渔业技术推广效率耦合关联分析——基于QCA方法的尝试性探索

Coupling Analysis of Rural Finance and Fishery Technology Promotion Efficiency in Coastal Areas of China:Exploratory Attempt Based on QCA Method

本文首先对农村金融发展及渔业技术推广效率的相关理论及研究成果进行了梳理与评述,然后根据中国沿海11个省份的有关数据就农村金融发展与渔业技术推广效率之间的耦合协调度进行测算,在这个基础上,依据QCA方法构建出农村金融发展对渔业技术推广效率影响机制的分析框架,并以此构建出包括自然环境状况、渔户认知能力等在内的农村金融对中国沿海地区渔业技术推广的影响路径。结果显示:所选取的12个影响因素能够针对不同区位的禀赋差异,对农村金融发展与渔业技术推广效率的耦合协调发展组合出6种不同的内源性作用路径。

This article first analyzes and reviews the theory and literature related to the development of rural finance and the promotion of fishery technology,and then measures the degree of coupling and coordination between rural financial development and fishery technology promotion efficiency based on relevant data from 11 provinces and cities in China’s coastal areas.On this basis,based on the QCA method,we constructed an analytical framework for the impact mechanism of rural financial development on fishery technology extension efficiency,and constructed a rural finance including the natural environment,economic foundation,and fishermen’s thinking mode to fisheries in coastal areas of China.Impact of technology promotion.The results showed that:12 factors influencing rural areas such as rural culture construction,rural social organization methods,medical and health and social welfare and security systems can be used to combine six differences in different combinations of endowments for the coupling and coordinated development of rural financial development and fishery technology promotion efficiency.The endogenous role of the path.
