广西向海经济发展的基础与路径选择研究

Research on the Basis and Path Selection of Development of Seaward Economy in Guangxi

向海经济是一种新的开放型经济发展模式,是基于“一带一路”倡议与海洋强国战略背景所提出的,是中国对外开放战略的进一步拓展与延伸,对推进中国供给侧结构性改革,实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文以广西为例,从资源条件、经济基础、产业发展、政策背景等多个角度,深入分析了广西发展向海经济存在的优势与劣势,并基于上述分析,从动能转换、港口建设、科技创新、生态保护等方面,提出了加速广西向海经济发展的实现路径。结合时代发展背景与形势,提出促进广西向海经济发展的有效路径,为促进广西经济实现高质量发展提供参考。

Seaward economy is a new open economic development model.It is based on the“One Belt and One Road”initiative and the marine Power Strategy.It is a further expansion and extension of China’s opening up strategy,and it is of great significance to promote China’s supply side structure reforms and carry out highquality economic development.This article takes Guangxi as an example,in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi’s development of seaward economy from the perspectives of resource conditions,economic basis,industrial development,policy background,and other perspectives.Based on the above analysis,from the aspects of kinetic energy conversion,port construction,scientific and technological innovation,and ecological protection,the implementation path for accelerating Guangxi’s economic development towards the sea is proposed.Combining with the development background and situation of the times,this paper puts forward an effective way to promote the economic development of Guangxi toward the sea,and provides a reference for promoting the economic development of Guangxi to achieve high quality.
