学前教育专业学生职业使命感的培养研究

随着社会的不断进步,教育资源的内涵和配置愈加丰富和优化,同时幼儿教育理念不完善带来的问题也日益凸显。近年来,网络媒体频频报道"熊孩子"现象,引发群众热议,学前教育的职业化培养愈发关键和紧迫。"云谷学校"与"哈佛演讲"不谋而合地倡导使命感的建立,学前教育也应以"使命感"为核心理念,带着使命和责任全力做好幼儿教学工作。

With the continuous progress of society,the connotation and allocation of educational resources become richer and more optimized,but at the same time,the problems brought by the imperfect concept of early childhood education are increasingly prominent.In recent years,the phenomenon of"bear children"has been reported frequently by the network media,which has aroused hot discussion among the masses,and so the professionalization of preschool education is becoming more and more critical and urgent."Cloud V alley School"and"Harvard Speech"coincide to advocate the establishment of the sense of mission.Teachers of preschool education should also take the"sense of mission"as the core concept to do a good job in the early childhood teaching with the mission and responsibility.
