摘要 提升新疆高校思想政治理论课教师亲和力具有增强课堂吸引力、提升教学实效性、加强师生沟通和实现民族团结的重要意义。与此同时,新疆高校思想政治理论课教师确实存在缺乏亲和力这一问题。因此,文章在探讨意义、揭示问题的基础之上,对新疆高校思想政治理论课教师亲和力的提升路径进行了分析与讨论,期望通过教师亲和力的提升,助力新疆高校思想政治理论课教学效果的提高,培养出更多的社会主义合格建设者和接班人。 To improve the ideological and political theory course teachers'affinity in the universities of Xinjiang can enhance the attraction of the classroom,improve the effectiveness of teaching,strengthen the communication between teachers and students and realize the national unity.However,the teachers do not have the affinity.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the significance and revealing the problems,the article analyzes and discusses the ways to enhance the affinity of teachers,expecting to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course in Xinjiang universities and train more qualified constructors and successors of socialism by promoting the affinity of teachers.
