胃食管反流病患者口腔pH值变化的探讨 被引量:4

Oral pH changes in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

摘要 目的比较健康人与胃食管反流病(GERD)患者不同口腔黏膜的pH值及唾液缓冲能力。方法采用二点测试法对30例胃食管反流病患者使用精密pH试纸测试不同口腔黏膜的pH值及唾液缓冲能力,并与34名健康人作对照。结果 GERD组平均pH值为6.38±0.33,显著低于对照组7.11±0.17,GERD组唾液缓冲能力3.37±0.29也显著低于对照组5.07±0.23。GERD组不同时间的口腔pH值之间存在差异,上午9:00~11:00口底黏膜的pH值最低,下午2:30~4:30硬腭黏膜pH值最高。结论胃食管反流患者口腔呈酸性,应根据患者口腔具体情况合理用药,纠正口腔pH值异常,以预防口腔并发症的发生。 Objective To compare the pH value of various oral mucosa and the salivary buffer capacity between patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and healthy controls. Methods The pH value of different oral mucosa and salivary buffer capacity were tested in 30 patients with gastroesophageal reflux by using the two-point test method through precise pH testing paper, and compared with 34 healthy people. Results A significantly lower pH of 6.38 ± 0.33 was found in the GERD group compared to control group 7.11±0.17, and the saliva buffer capacity (SBC) of GERD group was 3.37±0.29, which was significantly lower than the control group 5.07±0.23. There was a difference in the pH value of the oral cavity in GERD group at different time, least pH was found in the floor of the mouth at 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and highest in the hard palate mucosa at 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Conclusion The oral cavity of gastroesophageal reflux patients is acidic, and the abnormal pH value should be corrected according to the specific conditions of oral cavity, in order to prevent the occurrence of oral complications.
