小岗精神是在改革开放的历史演进和小岗村不断蜕变的实践中凝结而成的现实倾向、群体气氛和行动力量,彰显于"大包干"和沈浩事迹中,却以普遍性的意境存在潜蕴着丰富的内涵,其内核是"以人民为中心"的价值取向,其表现形式是责任、改革和协作等。我国在乡村振兴背景下,将面临新型城乡关系的重塑、多种产业融合发展和现代农业发展等一系列新课题,坚持和弘扬小岗精神,坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,将为走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路提供持续的精神动力。

The Xiaogang Spirit is a realistic tendency, a group atmosphere and an action force forming in the historical evolution of reform and opening-up and in the continuous practice of the Xiaogang village. The Spirit is manifested in the “all-round contract” and the deeds of Shen Hao, and it contains a rich connotation with universality. The “people-centered” value orientation makes up its core, and duty, reform and collaboration are the forms of its expression. Under the background of rural revitalization, China will face a series of new issues, such as reshaping of new urban-rural relationship, integrative development of various industries and development of modern agriculture, so to keep and promote the Xiaogang Spirit and adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era will provide continuous spiritual power to taking the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics.
