摘要 清代时期,辽宁地区高粱种植占有绝对优势。县产诸谷,以高粱为大宗,种类繁多,名称各异。高粱的广泛种植使其在粮食种植结构中的地位迅速提高,甚至超越大豆,成为当地最主要的农作物。究其原因,人口激增带来的粮食供给压力,耕地不足造成扩垦土地的需求,高粱习性适合辽宁地区农业种植条件,满足社会需求等因素,共同促成清代辽宁地区高粱广泛种植的局面。 During the Qing dynasty, sorghum planting in Liaoning area had an absolute advantage. In every county, sorghum was the most widely planted grain, and it had a great variety and different names. Such wide planting made it quickly play an important role role in grain planting structure and even surpass soybean as the most important local crop. The reasons behind this phenomenon include the grain supply pressure caused by population explosion, people’s demand for expanding cultivated land because of the shortage of arable land, sorghum’s suitable habits for the agricultural planting conditions of Liaoning and meeting social demand, etc., which jointly contributed to the wide planting of sorghum in Liaoning in the Qing Dynasty.
