基于航路资源协同分配的ATFM方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决空域单元在航路交通需求超量、天气状况影响造成的多条航路容量下降条件下的航路资源协同分配问题,提出了两阶段时隙航迹协同分配模型。两个阶段分别从空管和航空公司的角度,在受影响航班提交航迹偏好选项前提下,以容量受限条件下航班总延误成本最低及旅客平均延误时间最短为目标,在满足各约束条件的基础上,为受影响航班分配时隙及航迹,采用启发式算法求解模型,通过航路的仿真数据测试了模型的有效性,实现了均衡多个飞行受限区流量的目标,提升了航路运行效率。 To solve the collaborative allocation problem of en route resource under the conditions that en route traffic demand exceeds volumeor airspace capacity reduced due to severe weather,the two-stage combination model was proposed.The two-stage framework from the perspectives of both the air traffic control and the flight operator.With the aim to minimize the total delay costs and average delay time of passengers,a heuristic algorithm was presented to assign slotsand en routes for affected flightson base of satisfying all constrains.A numerical test was performed based on the simulated data of several civil en routes to test how well the model works.Test results show that the goal of balancing traffic among multiple flow constrained areas is realized,which improves operation efficiency.
