运行符合性评审的适航符合性方法研究

Research on Airworthiness Compliance Method for Operational Conformity Assessment

研究CAAC相关适航规章和条款,给出运行符合性适航要求。在适航符合性要求和验证方法的基础上,结合AEG工作特点,提出运行符合性评审内容正确性验证方法 MV1、MV2、MV3、MV6、MV7和MV8。基于运行符合性AEG工作方法及流程,结合飞机运行符合性清单编制应用特点,给出通用化的运行符合性清单的编制、填写和应用要求,为我国飞机运行符合性评审工作的通过和完善提供技术支持。

This paper gives the airworthiness requirements of operation compliance by the research of the CAAC related airworthiness regulations and requirements.On the basis of conformity method for airworthiness verification,combined with the characteristics of AEG work,this paper put forward new verification method:MV1,MV2,MV3,MV6,MV7 and MV8 for correctness of contents of operational compliance.Then,based on the AEG working methods and processes for operational compliance and combined with the application features of the aircraft operational compliance checklists,this paper gives the preparation,filling and application requirements of the generalized operational compliance list and provides technical support for the passing and perfection of the compliance assessment of aircraft operation in our country.
