米非司酮联合米索前列醇在稽留流产中的临床效果

目的分析讨论米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的稽留流产患者中的100例,按照其入院号随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组使用戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,研究组使用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,经过治疗后,对两组患者的流产效果、子宫开始收缩时间、用药后排胎时间、排胎后2 h阴道出血量以及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组完全流产率高于对照组,子宫开始收缩时间以及用药后排胎时间短于对照组,排胎后2 h阴道出血量少于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的治疗效率较好,能够提高完全流产率,缩短子宫收缩时间以及排胎时间,有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on the treatment of delayed abortion. Methods 100 cases of missed abortion patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018, according to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group, 50 cases in each group, control group using pentanoic acid estradiol treatment, the team using mifepristone combined misoprostol treatment, after treatment, abortion effect of two groups of patients, uterine contraction time, use the rear tyres, vaginal haemorrhage amount after two hours after the row of tire, and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the team complete abortion rate is higher than the control group, uterine contraction time and use the rear tire was shorter than the control group, 2 hours after row of tire is vaginal haemorrhage amount is less than the control group, incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined misoprostol treatment the treatment efficiency of missed abortion, can increase the rate of complete abortion, shortening the time of uterine contractions and tire time, has a high clinical value.
