卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭临床疗效观察及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with congestive heart failure

目的研究分析使用卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭临床疗效及安全性。方法以本院心内科2015年3月至2017年9月间收治的66例充血性心力衰竭老年患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予一定量的卡维地洛治疗,全部患者累计用药8周后,测定用药后的BNP指数,hs-CRP指数,并通过心功能分级判断治疗有效率,同时记录下患者出现不良反应的概率进行对比。结果观察组治疗后心功能分级,BNP指数,hs-CRP指数3项数据与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭效果明显,不良反应轻,临床用药安全性得以保障,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with congestive heart failure admitted to our department from March 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional drug treatment. The observation group was in the control group. On the basis of the group, a certain amount of carvedilol was given. After all patients were used for 8 weeks, the BNP index and hs-CRP index were measured, and the effective rate of treatment was judged by cardiac function grading. The probability of the reaction is compared. Results The scores of cardiac function, BNP index and hs-CRP index in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Carvedilol is effective in the treatment of congestive heart failure in the elderly. The adverse reactions are mild and the safety of clinical medication is guaranteed. It is worthy of further research and promotion.
