分析人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗干眼症的临床疗效

To analyse the clinical effect of artificial tear combined with pranoprofen in the treatment of xerophthalmia.

目的探讨人工泪液与普拉洛芬联合治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月本院收治的108例干眼症患者并将其分为等比例的两组:对照组54例,只应用人工泪液治疗;观察组54例,基于此联合普拉洛芬治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及辅助检查结果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组临床疗效79.63%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、4周,两组患者的角膜荧光染色评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗干眼症,推荐人工泪液与普拉洛芬联合治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial tears combined with pranoprofen in the treatment of dry eye. Methods 108 patients with dry eye from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two equal proportion groups: control group (54 cases), treated with artificial tears only;observation group (54 cases), based on this combination of pranoprofen treatment. The clinical efficacy and auxiliary examination results of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, and that of the control group was 79.63%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). At 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, the corneal fluorescence staining scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of artificial tear and pralofen is recommended for the treatment of dry eye.
