综合护理干预对减少白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果观察及价值分析

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention to Reduce Dry Eye Syndrome after Phacoemulsification and Its Value Analysis

目的分析综合护理干预对减少白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果。方法选取2016年4月至2017年8月在本院实施白内障超声乳化术的患者148例,通过硬币法分为对照组(74例,行常规护理)和研究组(74例,行综合护理),对比两组术后干眼症发生情况及相关指标的差异。结果研究组术后1个月、3个月干眼症的发生率均明显低于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后研究组泪液分泌检测、泪膜破裂时间监测均多于对照组,其角膜荧光染色检测高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于预防和减少白内障超声乳化术患者的术后干眼症,提高手术质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on reducing dry eye after phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 148 patients with cataract who underwent cataract phacoemulsification in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected. They were divided into a control group (74 cases for routine care) and a study group (74 cases) by the coin method. Comprehensive nursing care was performed to compare the occurrence of dry eye and the related indicators between the two groups. Results The incidence of dry eye was significantly lower in the study group at 1 month and 3 months after operation than in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Postoperative tear secretion was detected in the study group. The tear film rupture time was more than that of the control group. The corneal fluorescence staining was higher than that of the control group. There was a statistical difference between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to prevent and reduce postoperative dry eye in patients with cataract phacoemulsification and improve the quality of the operation.
