喹硫平与丙戊酸钠对双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作的疗效分析

Curative effect of quetiapine and sodium valproate on acute manic episode of bipolar disorder

目的探究喹硫平与丙戊酸钠对双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作患者的治疗效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月间在本院接受治疗的双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作患者视为研究对象,采用随机抽样法从中随机抽出病例数80例,将其按照不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作患者给予喹硫平进行治疗,对照组患者则给予丙戊酸钠进行治疗,对比两组双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作患者治疗前后躁狂量表评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗前的躁狂量表评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组患者躁狂量表评分均得到显著改善,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的临床疗效对比差异无统计学意义;观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平与丙戊酸钠在治疗双相情感障碍躁狂急性发作患者中疗效均较高,但是喹硫平的不良反应发生率较低,而且起效快速,应用效果令人满意。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of quetiapine and valproate on acute manic episode of bipolar disorder. Methods From July 2017 to July 2018, 80 patients with bipolar affective disorder with acute manic episode were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with quetiapine and the patients in the control group were treated with valproate. The scores of mania scale, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of mania scale between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the scores of mania scale of the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Both quetiapine and valproate are effective in the treatment of bipolar disorder patients with acute manic episode, but the incidence of adverse reactions of quetiapine is low, and the effect is rapid and satisfactory.
