摘要
通过对再生砖骨料砌块砌体的基本力学性能试验,分析再生砖骨料砌块砌体的破坏过程和特征、极限荷载及变形能力。研究结果表明,再生砖骨料砌块砌体的抗压和抗剪等基本力学性能与普通混凝土小型空心砌块砌体的基本相似。强度平均值与《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50003—2011)的公式计算值相比较,再生砖骨料砌块砌体的抗压和抗剪强度分别降低6%~12%和22%~46%。再生砖骨料砌块砌体采用再生砖骨料砂浆砌筑对砌体抗压强度和弹性模量影响不大,对砌体抗剪强度有显著提高。提出再生砖骨料砌块砌体抗压强度平均值建议公式,试验结果与建议的理论公式的计算值较为接近,对再生砖骨料砂浆和再生砖骨料砌块砌体的推广应用有一定的意义。
By the experimental study on the basic mechanical properties of recycled brick aggregate masonry, the failure processes, failure characteristics, ultimate capacity and deformation capacity of recycled brick aggregate masonry were analyzed. Results indicates that the compressive and shear behaviors of recycled brick aggregate masonry are similar to that of ordinary hollow block masonry. Compared with the mean value formula of Code for design of masonry structures (GB50003-2011), the compressive and shear strength of recycled brick aggregate masonry are reduced by 6%~12% and 22%~46%, respectively. Recycled brick aggregate mortar has little effect on the compressive strength and elastic modulus of masonry, but can significantly improve the shear strength of masonry. The compressive strength formula of recycled brick aggregate masonry was proposed. Test results match well with the corresponding calculated values of theoretical formula. It is of great significance for the application of recycled brick aggregate mortar and recycled brick aggregate masonry.
