摘要
为确保放射性油水分离系统的处理效果,保证环境安全,根据原系统的现状分析了其存在的不足,并结合含油废水源项、油水分离技术发展及工程应用情况,提出采用重力分离和高效聚结技术相结合的工艺对原油水分离系统进行改造,构建优化改进后的油水分离系统,并通过实际运行对油水分离效果进行验证。运行结果表明,改造后两套子系统运行稳定,处理后废水含油量分别为1.00 mg/L和0.50 mg/L,处理能力分别为3.18 m^3/h和3.20 m^3/h,达到设计技术指标,解决了原系统存在的问题。
In order to improve separating effect of radioactive oil-water separation system and ensure environment safe, the problems existing in original system were analyzed according to the situation of process and equipment. Combined with characteristics of oily wastewater, field condition and development and engineering application of oil-water separation technology, a combination process with gravity separation and high efficient coalescence was applied to reconstruction the process system, then separation effect of optimized system was verified by operation. It was proved that operation of two sub-systems after reconstruction was stable and reliable, oil content was 1.00 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L, treatment capability was 3.18 m^3/h and 3.20 m^3/h respectively. Operation results showed that expected design specifications were met and the problems of original system were solved.
