摘要
票据市场作为中小企业融资的重要渠道,为服务我国实体经济做出了巨大贡献。在票据市场发展的过程中,票据的融资功能逐渐被充分挖掘和利用,出现了一些专以票据贴现融资为目的签发的"融资性票据"。论文从我国融资性票据产生的原因与存在的主要问题入手,辩证分析发展融资性票据业务的利弊,探索未来融资性票据的发展路径。
The commercial paper market has made great contribution to serving China's economy as an important channel for SME financing. In the process of the development of commercial paper market, the financing function was gradually fully exploited and utilized, and some "financing commercial paper" issued for the purpose of discounting. This paper tries to find the reasons and main problems of the financing commercial papers in China, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of developing the market, and explore the development path of financing commercial paper market.
