Economic Benefit Analysis of Higher Education Resources

高等教育是目前社会普遍关心的一个话题,公平公正是其中之一,对于公平公正都集中入学上面,很少考虑办学水平的公平公正,这就是教育资源的利用的经济和社会效益问题。如何衡量和评价教育资源投入和使用的效益,目前这方面研究较少,本文从指标设计到如何具体操作,提出了个人意见,目的是抛砖引玉,引起相关部门对教育资源效益的重视。

Higher education is a topic of general concern at present, fairness and justice are one of them. For fair and justice centralized on enrollment, there is little consideration for fairness and impartiality in running schools. This is the economic and social benefits of the utilization of educational resources. How to measure and evaluate the benefits of educational resources input and use is relatively limited. From the point of index design to specific operation, this paper puts forward personal opinions, aiming to attract attention from relevant departments and attach importance to educational resources.
