麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床价值

Clinical value of Mamotong mammary gland minimally invasive surgery for benign breast masses

目的讨论麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床价值。方法选取本院的86例乳腺良性肿块患者作为本文的研究对象,而后以患者接受手术治疗方式的不同随机将这86例患者分为对照组(予以传统手术)与研究组(予以麦默通乳腺微创旋切术),评判标准:各项治疗指标、并发症发生率、美容效果满意度。结果研究组患者的各项治疗指标、并发症发生率以及美容效果满意度明显优于对照组,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗乳腺良性肿块的过程中实施麦默通乳腺微创旋切术可显著提高该病的治疗效果,促进患者的快速恢复,提高患者的美容效果满意度、降低患者发生并发症的机率,值得本院妇科进行借鉴。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods 86 patients with benign breast masses in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and then 86 patients were randomly divided into control group (traditional surgery) and study group (Maming breast micro-micro Invasive resection), evaluation criteria: various treatment indicators, complication rate, cosmetic effect satisfaction. Results The treatment index, complication rate and cosmetic effect satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of benign breast masses, the implementation of Mamotong mammary gland minimally invasive surgery can significantly improve the treatment of the disease, promote rapid recovery of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients' cosmetic effects, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth learning from the gynecology department of our hospital.
