复方曲安奈德与金因肽对糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病治疗的临床效果体会

Clinical effect of compound triamcinolone acetonide and dysprosin on the treatment of erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease

目的探讨复方曲安奈德与金因肽对糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年8月收治的62例糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜患者进行本次研究治疗。采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组31例,对照组采用的治疗方法为利凡诺湿敷,观察组采用复方曲安奈德与金因肽联合治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后焦虑情况、愈合时间、抑郁情况、生活质量评分以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者应用复方曲安奈德联合金因肽进行治疗后,焦虑情况、抑郁情况及愈合时间低于对照组,生活质量以及治疗效果高于对照组,两组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用复方曲安奈德与金因肽对糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病进行治疗后,有利于调节患者情绪和心态,加快患者口腔溃疡愈合时间,提高患者生活质量,并提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of compound triamcinolone acetonide and dysprosin on the treatment of erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease. Methods Sixty-two patients with erosive ulcerative oral mucosa admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The treatment method used in the control group was rivanol wet compress, and the observation group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide and jinin peptide. The two groups of patients were analyzed for anxiety, healing time, depression, quality of life score and treatment effect. Results After treatment with compound triamcinolone acetonide and goldin peptide, the anxiety, depression and healing time were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The quality of life and treatment effect were higher than the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of compound triamcinolone acetonide and rutin peptide in the treatment of erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease is beneficial to regulate the mood and mental state of patients, accelerate the healing time of patients with oral ulcers, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve clinical efficacy and safety. It is worth applying.
