产程潜伏期与活跃期行腰硬联合麻醉分娩镇痛的临床效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia during labor latency and active stage

目的探讨对比产程潜伏期与活跃期行腰-硬联合麻醉分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法随机选择2015年3月至2018年2月在本院进行分娩的产妇92例作为研究对象,利用简单随机法划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者46例,对照组在产程活跃期行腰-硬联合麻醉,观察组在产程潜伏期行腰-硬联合麻醉,观察对比两组镇痛效果、产程时间和新生儿情况。结果两组产妇镇痛前即刻、镇痛后10 min、15 min VAS评分组间比较差异无统计学意义;但镇痛后10 min、15 min VAS评分低于镇痛前即刻(P<0.05),宫颈扩张7～8 cm、孔径扩张10 cm时VAS评分低于镇痛前即刻,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一产生时间、第二产程时间、新生儿5 min Apgar评分组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论在产妇分娩过程中,产程潜伏期行腰-硬联合麻醉镇痛效果理想,对产程影响较小,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia during labor latency and active phase. Methods From March 2015 to February 2018 in our hospital, 92 patients were randomly selected as the research object, which were divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lumbar hard joint anesthesia during the active stage of labor, and the observation group was combined with lumbar and hard anesthesia during the incubation period, and the two groups were observed and compared. Conclusion During the delivery of labor, the combined effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia is ideal, and it has little effect on the labor process. It is recommended to promote.
