利用Mimics软件辅助制定术前计划在治疗Allman Ic型锁骨骨折中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了分析利用Mimics软件辅助制定术前计划在治疗Allman Ic型锁骨骨折中的应用价值。方法设计单中心随机对照单盲试验,自2016年1月至2016年12月在南昌大学第二附属医院骨科就诊的Allman Ic型锁骨骨折患者,实验组利用Mimics软件辅助制定术前计划再进行手术;对照组采用传统方法制定术前计划再进行手术。结果对患者进行随访并采集两组患者手术时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、术中并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义、术后3个月及6个月Constant-Murly评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用Mimics软件辅助制定术前计划治疗Allman Ic型锁骨骨折在缩短手术时间及提高术后肩关节功能方面较传统术前计划制定有优势,Mimics是一种数字化的术前计划制定实用工具,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To analyze the value of preoperative planning in the treatment of Allman type Ic clavicle fractures with Mimics software. Methods A single-center, randomized, controlled, single-blind trial was performed in patients with Allman type Ic clavicle fractures from the department of orthopaedics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2016 to December 2016. The trial group used Mimics software to assist in the development of preoperative plans. The control group used the traditional method to develop the preoperative plan and then to perform the operation. Results There was significant difference in operative time between the two groups after follow-up (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intraoperative complications, fracture healing time and post-operative complications between the two groups. There were significant differences in Constant-Murly scores between 3 and 6 months after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Mimics software to assist in the preoperative planning of Allman type Ic clavicle fractures has advantages over traditional preoperative planning in reducing operative time and improving postoperative shoulder function. Mimics is a digital preoperative planning tool. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
