摘要
目的本研究用CEREC CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体用于根管治疗完成后的磨牙牙冠的修复,对其制作及修复后的临床效果进行分析。方法选用51例,78颗经过完善的根管治疗的磨牙,使用CEREC全瓷高嵌体来修复牙冠,修复后1年和2年时进行追踪观察其临床疗效,用改良的USPHS标准对修复牙进行检查和临床评价。结果修复后1年全瓷高嵌体的各项指标达到A标准的78%,修复后2年全瓷高嵌体的各项指标达到A标准的有77%。结论 CEREC CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体用于根管治疗完成后的磨牙牙冠的修复具有较好的临床效果。
Objective The objective of this study is that the CEREC CAD/CAM all ceramic onlay is used the molar crowns repair after root canal therapy, to analyze the clinical effect after making and repairing the restorations. Methods Choose 51 cases, 78 molars teeth after perfect root canal therapy, using the CEREC all ceramic onlay to repair the crowns, Repair after 1 years and 2 years were follows up observe the clinical curative efficacy, For examination and clinical evaluation of restorations using modified USPHS standard. Results 78% all ceramic onlay restorations reach A standard after a year, 77% all ceramic onlay restorations reach A standard after two years. Conclusion It has satisfied clinical effect that the CEREC CAD/CAM all ceramic onlay was used the molar crowns repair after root canal therapy.
