In the Internet+ Era,traditional operators are actively seeking transformation to improve the user experience and promote the efficiency,agility and income growth. IT plays the key role in the operators’transformation,and especially the open APIs ecosystem is the key aspect for the construction of the Internet IT architecture. It analyses the background of open APIs for operators, and proposes to build enterprise open APIs ecosystem oriented to business innovation. Then it analyses the technology architecture,business process,ability operation,service assurance and future outlook.
