摘要
本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备了稀土元素镧、铕、镨掺杂的二氧化钛薄膜。掺杂量为1mol%,热处理温度分别为500℃,700℃,1000℃。利用分光光度计测定了样品的吸光度曲线,分析稀土元素掺杂和温度对可见光吸收的影响。利用x射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱法和原子力显微镜(AFM)对TiO_2薄膜的结构和形貌进行了分析表征。结果显示:稀土元素Pr、Eu、La掺杂可以拓宽TiO_2薄膜的吸收波长范围,并观察到在高温下无明显金红石相的生成。这说明了掺杂稀土元素所制得TiO_2薄膜在紫外光范围吸光性良好,并且对高温下锐钛矿相向金红石相的转化有抑制作用。
In this paper, TiO2 films doped with rare earth elements La, Eu and Pr were prepared by sol-gel method. The doping amount was 1 mol%, and the heat treatment temperatures were 500 °C, 700 °C, and 1000 °C, respectively. The absorbance curve of the sample was measured by spectrophotometer, and the influence of rare earth doping and temperature on visible light absorption was analyzed. The structure and morphology of TiO2 films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results show that the doping of rare earth elements Pr, Eu and La can broaden the absorption wavelength range of TiO2 film, and it is observed that there is no obvious rutile phase formation at high temperature. This indicates that the TiO2 film prepared by doping rare earth elements has good absorbance in the ultraviolet range and inhibits the transformation of anatase phase to rutile phase at high temperature.
