基于SIGW的T型功分器

摘要 提出了一种SIGW的T型功分器。采用微带T型一分四功分器的原理,设计了微带功分器加载于SIGW结构上,实现四路功率分配,使用三维电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS对该结构进行参数优化。仿真结果表明,在S11参数-20 dB以下的频段为27.2 GHz—31.2 GHz,传输参数S21、S31、S41、S51都在-6.7 dB左右。 In this paper,a substrate integrated gap waveguide(SIGW)based T-splitter is proposed.According to the principle of T-type one-four-power splitter,a microstrip power splitter is designed and loaded on the SIGW structure to realize four-way power distribution.The structure is parameterized by using three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft HFSS.Simulation results show that the frequency band below S11 parameter-20 dB is 27.2 GHz-31.2 GHz,and the transmission parameters S21,S31,S41,S51 are all around-6.7 dB.
