风阀动态性能测试的控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对风阀动态性能测试试验装置,为完成风阀流量特性试验和阻力特性试验,结合组态软件和Modbus RTU通讯技术,提出一套基于PLC与组态王的风阀动态性能测试控制系统。由西门子S7-200系列PLC组成下位机,设计控制电路接线与程序编写,并利用组态王软件开发上位机监控画面。系统操作简单、直观,能够进行设备的自动化控制,具有良好的稳定性。 Aiming at the dynamic performance test device of air valve,in order to complete the flow characteristic test and resistance characteristic test of air valve,combined with configuration software and Modbus RTU communication technology,a set of dynamic performance test and control system of air valve based on PLC and Kingview is put forward.The lower computer is composed of Siemens S7-200 series PLC,the wiring and programming of the control circuit are designed,and the monitoring screen of the upper computer is developed using Kingview software.The operation of the system is simple and intuitionistic.It can carry out the automatic control of the equipment and has good stability.
