落叶打包及收集车的设计

文章采用SolidWorks及CAD三维软件设计了小型落叶清扫小车。通过构建小车三维模型,对整体框架和各个模块的结构进行优化。该小车功能包括落叶清扫、传送、粉碎及收集,并实现收集箱拉伸自动化。采用扫盘和滚刷的结合,实现双重清洁,具有清扫强度高、针对性强、自动化可调节等特点。

In this paper,a small deciduous cleaning car is designed using SolidWorks and CAD three-dimensional software.By constructing the three-dimensional model of the car,the overall framework and the structure of each module are optimized.The functions of the car include leaf cleaning,transmission,crushing and collection,and the drawing automation of the collection box is realized.The combination of sweeping disk and rolling brush is used to realize double cleaning,which has the characteristics of high cleaning intensity,strong pertinence,automatic and adjustable and so on.
