摘要
本研制一种新型电工登杆工具,包括用于夹紧电杆的夹持装置以及与夹持装置相连的脚踏板,所述夹持装置包括适应不同直径电杆的环形夹臂以及与环形夹臂相对设置的弧形夹持块,所述环形夹臂与弧形夹持块构成包围电杆的夹持空间,所述脚踏板上设置有固定脚背的前脚固定带和固定脚跟的后脚固定带,所述后脚固定带包括与脚踝贴合的保护垫以及连接于保护垫两侧的弹性带;可调节的弧形夹持块能够适应不同的电杆,所述弧形夹持块通过球铰设置,使得弧形夹持块能够与电杆完美贴合,脚踏板上设置的前脚固定带和后脚固定带能够更加牢固的固定操作人员的脚部,增加操作人员的安全性。
This study is intended to develop a new type of electrical pole climbing tool,which comprises a clamping device for clamping a pole and a pedal connected with the clamping device.The clamping device comprises an annular clamping arm adapted to different diameter poles and an arc clamping block arranged opposite to the annular clamping arm.The annular clamping arm and the arc clamping block forming a clamping space surrounding the pole.The pedal is provided with a front foot fixing belt for fixing the instep and a rear foot fixing belt for fixing the heel.The rear foot fixing belt comprises a protective pad attached to the ankle and an elastic belt connected to both sides of the protective pad.The adjustable arc clamping block can be adapted to different electric poles,and the arc clamping block is arranged through a ball hinge so that the arc clamping block can be perfectly fitted with the pole.The front foot fixing belt and the rear foot fixing belt arranged on the pedal can more firmly fix the feet of the operator and increase the safety of the operator.
