摘要
随着高铁的不断发展,以复兴号为主的高铁逐步覆盖了WiFi网络,高铁网与互联网逐步形成"双网融合"。在此背景下,需要针对高铁出行设计一款互联网产品,帮助旅客顺利出行。通过对高铁出行产品的特点分析,采用以用户体验为中心的设计思路和方法流程,对旅客整个高铁乘坐场景进行分析,得出包括场景目标,市场情况,产品功能,用户画像和旅程等的高铁出行产品设计策略。
With the continuous development of high-speed rail,Fuxing high-speed rail is gradually covered with the WiFi network,thus high-speed rail network and the Internet are gradually forming a "dual network convergence".In this context,it is necessary to design an Internet product for high-speed rail travel to help passengers travel smoothly during the trip.Through the analysis of the characteristics of high-speed rail travel products,the user experience-centered design idea and method flow are adopted to analyze the whole high-speed rail ride scene of passengers,thus the design strategy of high-speed rail travel product for user portraits and journeys scene objectives,market conditions and product functions are obtained.
