BIM技术在机电安装工程进度管理中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,大量结构形式复杂、设计新颖的居住建筑拔地而起,对建筑质量要求、使用功能要求越来越高,机电安装工程也变得越来越复杂。机电安装工程作为建筑施工中的重要组成部分,在长期机电安装工程进度管理实践中,要实现对全过程的施工进度进行最优控制,BIM技术的提出无疑为机电安装工程进度管理提供了新的思路和方法。因此,笔者通过实例讨论BIM技术在住宅建筑机电安装工程进度管理中的应用,以供参考。 In recent years,a large number of residential buildings with complex structure and novel design have emerged,the requirements for building quality and use function are getting higher and higher,and the mechanical and electrical installation engineering has become more and more complex.Electromechanical installation engineering is an important part of construction.In the practice of long-term mechanical and electrical installation project progress management,it is necessary to realize the optimal control of the construction progress of the whole process.The proposal of BIM technology undoubtedly provides a new idea and method for the progress management of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.Therefore,the author discusses the application of BIM technology in the progress management of electromechanical installation project of residential buildings through examples for reference.
