涡轮风机在板纸机真空系统的应用

This paper expounds some problems that are easy to occur in the traditional water ring vacuum pump in paper mill,extends the multi-stage blast turbine fan and turbine fan,and describes their respective working principles.This paper introduces the transformation and application of Ecopump turbine fan with variable frequency speed regulation function instead of water ring vacuum pump in the vacuum system of paperboard machine,including the selection of turbine fan,the design,installation,debugging,operation of vacuum system and the energy saving after transformation.
