核电站高能管道甩击防护中的能量及力学分析 被引量:8

摘要 高能管道是核电站中重要管道系统,当发生破裂甩击时危害性极大,因此需要对高能管道进行甩击防护。基于动力分析有限元程序LS-DYNA建立了管道-限制件系统模型,通过调取系统能量、位移和甩击力时程曲线对管道甩击过程进行分析,并将计算结果与试验数据进行验证;针对甩击过程的能量和应力进行计算,并对支架防甩击性能的影响因素进行详细分析。结果表明,仿真计算具有足够的准确性,支架吸能性能和受力状况可以通过支架形式、结构以及材料参数进行调控。该研究结果对防甩击支架设计及优化具有一定参考价值。 High energy pipe is an important pipe system in nuclear power plants.The whip upon pipe rupture is devastating,therefore,the protection of high energy pipeline against whip is needed.Based on the finite element program LS-DYNA for dynamic analysis,the model of the pipe-support system was established,the pipe whip process was analyzed by recalling the curves of system energy,displacement and whip force versus time,and the calculation results were compared with the experimental data.The energy and stress in the whip process were calculated,and the factors affecting the anti-whip performance of the support were analyzed in detail.The results show that the simulation calculation of LS-DYNA software has sufficient accuracy.The energy absorbing performance and stress status of the support can be adjusted and controlled by the form,structure and material parameters of the support.The research results have certain reference for the design and optimization of the anti-whip support.
